If you order a product currently out-of-stock our Customer Service department will contact you and place the item on backorder if requested.

International duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included and are the responsibility of the customer. We will contact you via e-mail to advise you of these costs prior to shipment.
UPS does most of our shipping, using the fastest and most affordable option available. Unless otherwise stated on the product description page, please allow the following time frames for handling of your purchase.
Handling time for in-stock products is usually 2/3 business days.
Handling time for memorabilia is usually 7 business days.
Handling time for special orders and out-of-stock items is 1 to 6 weeks.

We're committed to your total satisfaction. If, for any reason, you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can get a full refund, less the cost of shipping, within thirty business days of receipt of the item(s) as long as the following does not apply to your order:
- The original receipt and tags are with the merchandise.
- The item also has to be in the same condition.
- No Returns or exchanges on ANY 'SPECIAL EVENT' merchandise including any 'Milestones' 'Playoffs' 'Championship'.
- All custom orders are FINAL SALE.

All items shipped by GrandStand are packaged carefully, so please don''t accept a damaged shipment. UPS will return it to us at no cost to you, and we will ship a new product to your attention. After you''ve taken receipt of an item, the normal Return Policy is in effect.
To determine your cap size, wrap that tape measure around your head at the place the sweatband rests. Use the chart below to convert the results to the exact cap size. For in-between sizes, you'll probably want to "round-up."
